WillsHills 1 MIle Hard, 10 Hill Strides, 10 Minutes Hills, 1 Mile Hard

Comments:
Felt pretty good, and worked together well as a team today. 1 mile hard at the beginning wasn't too bad. I was picking it up a lot in the second half. Felt pretty good during it. After a 5 minute rest, we started the 10 hill strides. It is on a long inclined slope. Jog on the way down. I went pretty hard during these strides and was surprised with how well I was doing with them. I felt like that was some speed and power I needed. Then another 5 minute rest. I felt horrible during the 10 minutes of hill running. I struggled pushing up a hill. It was bad. Then after resting a little and getting some water, we started the ALmost mile. I tried really pushing it, but my legs were dead. I was around 5:40 pace, but then I slowed a lot. I picked it back up again for the last 200-400 meters, but the middle part of it, I was kind of struggling in no man's land. Really great workout overall.
