Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
did a workout with a friend of mine. 2.5 miles to a hill that is marked off at the tenth of miles. we did two tenth of a mile repeats. 3 at regular pace, 4 at tempo effort, 3 at basically all out. and then 2.5 miles back. so 4 miles while on the hill and 5 miles in warm up and cooldowns. i feel better than i have in months now after the workout. ran this with my friend who just graduated from high school. we had to run single file on this hill due to bikers at the end and running behind him is demoralizing because he's just so smooth he looks like he's barely working. such is a 1:58/4:23/9:20 guy on 40-50mpw.
