Comments:
Warm up was 7:52. I did 6 reps worth of 2 minutes hard. The paces for each rep were 6:00, 5:34, 5:44, 5:48, 5:52, and 5:48. Easy reps were around 7:30-8:15. Warming up felt good, and the reps were alright. They were planned as 5k pace. I have a hard time telling this early in training if I was going 5k pace, but it did get a little difficult at the end, but nothing super difficult. I was hurting a hell lot more last week during the tempo. I didn't want to do intervals, but my whole team was there so I just went with them.
