Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
I ran with Silas and Devon. First run back with the boys. I wanted to take it a little easier, but me and Silas went a little faster for the second half of the run especially on hills. We were a little slow for the first half trying to avoid the mud. I wanted to push the pace on the hills so our pace for the run was constant. It was pouring out during the entire run so my clothes were so heavy and I was soaked. Giles trails were very muddy and we ended up trying to avoid the mud by jumping from place to place to get through the trails. I ended up sprinting the last 300 to get to the bathroom, not fun. I was little disappointed about the attendance, though it isn't officially a practice there should be more than 3 people running, we gotta step it up.
