Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I know we agreed on a 4 mile run but I didn't feel comfortable going that far when I wasn't able to workout yesterday. We are down a car and I can't walk to any trails by me. I went later in the day and decided to do a 30:00 run. No music, just my watch without GPS. I usually hate when I do runs like this but I ended up loving it. I ran into a million bunnies and a actual deer which was a little scary. There aren't a lot by me. If I had to pace it, nothing slower than 8:20 pace.
I tried listening to my body, no push it and just enjoy it. No discomfort in my back, my butt tightened up with 5:00 minutes to go but nothing too bad.
