8 Miles At Memorial Park

8:16, 7:48, 7:45, 7:50, 7:39, 7:32, 7:41, 7:37. Really tired when I woke up, but I got myself there. Told myself I really wanted a minimum of 1 hour or 8 miles. 9 miles if I was feeling good. I am glad I was able to get in a nice 8 miler on dirt too. Little hot and couldn't really pick it up that much. I went off of my effort though and people say that this early in base phase, pace does not matter as much as effort. I think it was a really good aerobic run. Felt nice to pick it up a little bit too in the 2nd half.
