Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Mile splits were 8:10, 7:42, 7:48, 7:49, 7:39, 7:25. I tired a little in the middle and stopped for water for like 30 seconds. But I got stronger towards the end. Felt good. I enjoy running at Memorial Park. Not too worried about my times, just getting in the effort. And the pace is slowing getting quicker with equal effort. Good run.
