B if you are reading this we didn't mean to go this fast we made a lot of stops so we could all stay together so the pace was a little quicker.

Pretty good showing me, Ian, Soren, Noah, and Cole. Noah and Cole finally showed up it was about time. We started off pretty relaxed. When we got to the first hill past the commons we started to pick it up a little. Just to keep the pace constant. Cole had cereal 20 mins before we ran so he was struggling a little we stopped at the trails so he and Soren could keep up. We went up the hill in Giles quickly and stopped at the top again so Noah Soren and Cole could catch up. Me and Ian stayed together for the entire run. We got out of the trails and went up the hills all the way to belle Sherman and stopped again so we could stay together. We went back down through Cornell and gun hill and to the high school without stopping. The last half of the run was very fast but it felt great. The pace was quick on this run but we were Rollin and we all felt pretty good except Cole. But the pace will definitely be slower for the upcoming runs. We got back and did drills and strides. Me Ian and Noah did an ab circle for a little over 10 mins. After that Ian had to go so me and Noah did some barefoot running on the infield. I'm gonna try and do this every other day. Me and Noah just talked about stuff. I wasn't getting picked up until 11 so I did a bunch of hip work more drills and some stretching and rolling.
