Got up early to do a morning run today. It wasn't so bad. Doing it on an empty stomach while being thirsty wasn't my favorite but it still went pretty well. Ran with Juan too. He's pretty fast but decided to walk back 4 miles in so I might just be doing the first half of my runs with him. Which is fine because it gets me up and out in the morning.
We'll see how tired I get throughout the day. Might lift after work, haven't decided if I wanna start that up or not. Seeing as its July maybe I should.
