Mile splits were 8:23, 7:32, 7:11, 7:03, 8:29. Felt really good actually. I always enjoy runs that start of at easy pace and slowly pick up to 7:00 pace. Great run and felt good. I might feel adapted to mileage which is good thing. I also think the 2 ~50 meter sprints and 2 ~80 meter strides, gave some pop into my legs today. My legs felt really good. I also started doing some general strength drills in the afternoon. I was pretty sore the past few days, but felt really good today. My training is progressing nicely so far. I now have an off week of WillsHills next week. I will be able to pick up the mileage a little again and keep up with the strides, drills, and etc.
