Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Good pack today we had me, Neil, Ian, Noah, Soren, Silas, Ronan, and Cole. Pace was very fast again mostly because I was with Neil. I don't know why but we always get the most out of eachother and push the pace when we're together the next few runs will definitely be a lot more relaxed like around 7:30-7:45. It was easy on the stretch to Remington but once we started going up the hill I knew the pace would be fast we got to the top at like 6:55 pace. We regrouped at the top and headed out again. The pace was still pretty quick but we stayed together for the most part until the Oakcrest hill where me and Neil sorta drifted faster and faster. I felt good but that's not an excuse gotta stay in control. We got to the top and had water then we went back down pretty easy. All in all the run was fine and my foot was feeling fine but we were too fast. We got back and did drills and strides and an ab circle and hips. Got two new shoes for the summer one for support one for speed I'm going to start wearing those hopefully I won't have any injuries this season knock on wood. Looking forward to fun runs.
