Comments:
Ran with Ronan and Lucas while Noah Neil and Ian biked because they were training for their triathlon. We decided to go over to the spencer trails and back and we kept the pace very controlled. Not many people today at practice but hopefully those numbers will rise a lot of people are going away in the upcoming days for long trips so i told them all to keep on running and building a base. After the run I did drills and strides hips and abs them 10 mins of barefoot running. Wore the new shoes for the first time.
