Comments:
Gave everyone a day to run by themselves since almost everyone had plans for the 4th of July including me. Had a bad stomach ache the entire run not the most fun run a lot better running with a big pack. Just wanted to get the run over with. Mindset after a bad run is that the next run is gonna be a lot better.
