Ran pretty quick with some rest intervals. Here are some of what I did.

2 Mile Split: 11:40 (5:50 pace overall)
3 Mile Split: 16:57 (5:39 pace overall) (5:16 split)
Final 1.09 Miles: 6:21 (23:18 overall!)
