Comments:
Me Soren, Devon, Nick John, tommy Christian, Tristan, and Cole went on this one. Good to see nick and Tommy again especially tommy since he's the first rook to come to practice. At the beginning the pace was pretty good we all stayed together for the first 4 miles the last 2 miles were a little quicker me and Soren stayed together for most of them. We finished then regrouped to do drills strides and abs together. Afterwards I stretched and did a hip workout and glute workout. Feeling better and better each practice.
