Comments:
Started by running almost 2 miles with Lewellyn on her usual Petaluma loop (22 minutes). Couldn't find the motivation to do my own run, but finally convinced myself to do some quality laps on the high school track so I could have an excuse not to run that long.

Completely made it up as I went along, but it ended up being sets of 2 laps (no recoveries).
Ran 800 easy(but focused) in 3:43
Ran 800 brisk in 3:14 (6:57 mile)
Ran 800 strong at 2:59
Ran 800 easy at 3:26 (13:22 for 2 miles)
Ran 800 strong at 3:08
Ran 800 brisk at 3:00 (19:31 for 3 miles)
Ran 400 hard at 75.7 (splits were 40, 35)
Ran 400 recovery at 2:11
Ran 800 recovery at 3:38 (26:37 for 4 miles)
Left the track and looped the block for 2:11

Felt like I'd worked hard by the end. Pleased that I was able to get a quality day.
