Morning Run

Comments:
Slept in to catch up on sleep which put me out the door by 9:45. At this time it was warm sunny and humid, and my legs were pretty tired from yesterday (wow I really sound like a complainer). I took the first mile out slow and just sat at a regular pace the next three. Didn't feel as bad at the end as I expected to when I started but I was still pretty beat at the end. the thought of jumping right in the pool after I finished kept me going and it was well worth it
