Comments:
Ran this one in the morning at home since the weather doesn't look too good for later on. It was cool but humid out since it just finished raining by the time I got out there. I felt okay on the warmup. I took it slow. I got to the track to do my tempo since there's nowhere else good to do it at home. I went a little past 10 laps to get in a full 2.5 miles rather than 4k. splits were 5:53, 5:50, 2:55. I didn't feel great on this one. I wasn't straining all out but I wasn't smooth like I wanted to be. I also expected it to feel easier since it was on the track and not a field. The humidity probably played a role but I can't blame that for everything. Hopefully it'll get better. Cooled down nice and easy and felt fine
