Comments:
Owed one of my old teammates a favor since he paced my tempo two weeks ago, so I paid him back by pacing his 6x400 workout with a rest of 30 seconds. We ran 6 miles at a very relaxed pace and then I paced the first 200 of 4x400 and ran the full 400 on his 5th rep. I have a lot more speed than I did at this time last year which I'm happy about. Splits: 34, 32, 32, 30, 62 (400)
