Comments:
stopped at Ramapo on my way back from work around 8. The weather was much better today than it has been all week. I started by the tennis courts and went to the reservation, did 4 loops there, then came back and finished by the track. I did 6 barefoot strides on the turf there then the half mile jog to finish up. I felt nice and comfortable the whole run. It was nice. The strides were actually fun for me this time too. I felt quick and tried to focus on a quick leg turnover and good form
