Comments:
I'd intended to run in the morning, but didn't get up in time and was just as happy for the SF running options. Despite feeling very slow, completely unable to quickly run up any sort of hill, and struggling with a very full stomach after an tremendously delicious lunch at Burma Superstar... I meandered through the Presidio for some time and tried out some new trails. Felt exhausted, but satisfied that I'm getting in decent runs this week.
