Comments:
Idk what happened the past two days but I didn't feel like myself. I got dizzy on the bike and when I tried to run. I think my work schedule and lack of sleep got to me. I relaxed, and felt way better today. My calves hurt so I'll probably bike after this. A jump in mileage this week but I feel good :)
