Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Went from my hotel through the Boston common a park like Central Park but smaller to the Charles river where there was a path along the side to run on. I just went out and back. I started off a little slower trying to keep the pace controlled but when I got to that path where everyone was running I sorta got away from that and wanted to pass all of them so the pace got quicker and quicker. Felt tired by the end and tomorrow I will keep it a lot more controlled. Stopped at the Boston common when I was done to do drills and strides then jogged back to the hotel. But I got lost on the way back and ran for a little longer than I should have but later in the night I did abs and hips and stretching with my brother.
