Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
This is the first run around my town. I was under strict orders to keep it flat, so besides the downhill of my house, it was smooth and level. I was told to do no more than 2 miles, but felt fine to go another half mile. That's three days without a crosstrain in between. Feeling pretty good, felt like my normal self. I stopped because of a side stitch a little more than halfway, and form drills after.
