Felt awesome, zoned out and went to work. Level 5-7 HR: 175-180
I did abs at work during my lunch break, and squats at the gym. I was going to jump on the bike but my favorite one (aka the only one with resistance) was occupied. I decided I would do a little more each day to make up for it.
