Hilly Run

What a difference the weather makes. Today was the nicest day for running I think all summer. I ran at 9:15 which normally would've been too late to beat the heat but when I left it was 67 degrees out with no humidity at all. It felt like an early fall day. I hit a lot of big hills in this run. 2nd mile was a really steep uphill straight into a long gradual hill with no downhills at all so that mile was a 7:30. I felt strong the entire run. I can't say I was comfortable but that wouldn't really be possible going over large hills. I never felt like I was so tired I needed to stop. Good long hilly run. Barefoot strides on the football field after were good except that it was on grass since my high school doesn't have turf. Half mile jog to finish
