Comments:
Brisk three mile tempo on the CCT. Not quite race pace, but was beat at the end -- took me a second to get back to jogging. Felt pretty good about this, considering it was after 8 hours work + 2 hours commute + a Potbelly sandwich from which I was still feeling the hot peppers.
