Sore Legs from 3 Straight Good Runs

Comments:
Started in the rain and even wore a light jacket. Simply getting a mile in. Legs were sore from yesterday which is good because I did push myself. Need to remember the difference between distance and running improvement, as the latter is more important to me. Good rest.
