First workout of the year

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Attendance was me, matt, Devon, Hunter, Soren and Tristan, and coach W. We started out with about a 6 mile run down tower rd around BeeBee then to the golf course through the horse barn down freese and through the trails to the plantations where we did our workout. Me and Hunter talked for awhile and Soren stayed with us for the whole run. Tristan turned back early and matt and Devon stayed a little behind. The workout felt easy We kept it controlled and light it was just meant to be a easy hill workout. 6 reps(condensed down at the bottom) Focused on form driving me knees up and pumping my arms back. Me and hunter did this together. We did a little over a mile and a half cooldown after. Then we did drills strides and 15 mins abs. Hunter stayed the entire time he's starting to act like more of a team guy, I like that. Sorens looking good out there could be a potential top 5 guy.
