Comments:
Ran with the high school team today. Don't know what it is but my legs felt really tired today, although they've been feeling tired the past couple of days. The high school alum kids that I run with are fans of taking it out slow (7:20) and dropping it to a sprint the last mile which I'm not particularly fond of, but I just go along for the ride. Nonetheless it's enjoyable to run with other collegiate runners from different schools
