Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran with Scott, Nick, Matt, Soren, and Neil. Decided to come up with a new run on the spot today liked it a lot. We went up cascadilla from the hs. Through the trails past there up to Cornell then up this other trail to the east hill plaza. Then went out to the top of commonland and went backwards through there all the way to footbridge then back to the hs again. Pace was ok but this was a very hilly run. Most of the run felt like we were going up or down not flat. So pace varied from time to time. I wish I had tried to map it before because when we got to the top Scott and Nick went on their own run cause they were too far back to know where to go. Most of the run was me Neil and Soren sticking together and Matt was right there with us for most of the run. Me and Neil extended a little at college town but then he remembered he had to catch his ride at the high school quickly so he sprinted down gun hill. I took another extension trough fall creek for a little. Drills and strides when I get back. Also Kieran is back tomorrow which will be great it will be much more easy on me to have another captain.
