Comments:
5 strokes per breath on the down, 7 strokes per breath on the back. I really liked this combo, I think it will help me ease into 7 strokes/breath nicely. felt pretty good and strong with the breathing.
Really close to 2 lengths on the underwaters. I'll get there soon.
