Comments:
First run of today's double. My dad and I drove to a sports complex that had a great dirt path around it. It was a 3.5 mile loop. He biked next to me while I ran. The trail was awesome. The whole thing was in the woods and it had lots of winding turns with nonstop rolling hills the whole way. It would make a great XC course. The weather was so much better today than it has been. At 8 when I ran it was 75 and not humid. The lack of humidity made the biggest difference. It was the first run all week where I felt like I could keep going. The rolling hills made it tough to keep a good pace and I didn't want to push on my double day in between a hilly run and a tempo so I kept it relaxed. Nice run, hopefully this afternoon's run goes just as well
