Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Turning back after one block to feeling A-OK in two days, unbelievable. Now pretty much certain that new spot of tension I found with the tennis ball was the culprit. Will add the tennis ball to my repertoire in addition to the foam roller and hope it continues to feel OK.
Felt a little clunky in general, but excited that it looks like this little injury won't stop me from racing.
