Comments:
10 minute warmup followed by 5x400 with 60 seconds recovery and an all out 600. 400 splits were 74,73,73,72,70, and the 600 was with the wind in about 1:38.7, with the wind. I had a long day, but glad I was able to still run tonight. 25 minute cool down afterwards.
