Comments:
Attendance was: Me, Kieran, Matt, Silas, Ian, Nick J, Lucas, and we talked with Eric for a little bit at the end.Pace was very easy. Full recovery today from the past few hard runs and so we could be rested for the upcoming workout tomorrow. Made sure that everyone stayed together but Lucas turned around about 2 miles in to do a workout and nick followed him. The pace was a little faster after that but still controlled. Like around 7:50-8 min pace. We did a hotel Ithaca near the end instead of swimming but swimming would have been nice because of how hot it was. Drills and strides with the guys afterwards. I'm definitely gonna swing by that triathlon to see how Neil and Ian and some of the other guys do in the race.
