Comments:
I did 1,2,3, minute sprints then I had to stop because my stomach was hurting and I felt really sick. Then I finished with the last 2,1 minute sprints. During the cooldown my whole chest was cramping up to the point that I couldn't run at all. So I walked part of the way back.
