Comments:
Attendance was: me, Kieran, Neil, Ian, and Matt L, wish we had more people but this was a pretty good 5 man group to run with. I mapped the run and got 8.02 miles. We kept it pretty easy all controlled the entire time. I felt so much better than yesterday but I still wanted a recovery day because tomorrow will be a lot of mileage. We went a little quicker on the downhill on Remington I pushed part of it by myself to work on my downhill running and staying in control of myself but that was only for a little bit. We did drills, strides and abs afterwards. D korb did some abs with us too.
