Comments:
Went out to run at 5:30ish, super hot but do-able. Started off real slow (8:25) bc I wanted see if everything was feeling okay. I did a loop in my town that I used to do all the time. I felt good and picked up a lot last mile (7:23) No pain. My quad and hip flexor tightened up on me with less than a mile to go.
