Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
First run back from taking a few days off for my knee/shin. Ran with Paul at 6:30 so it took my body 2-3 miles to warm up. Got a side stitch after the first mile that lingered the whole run but I ran through it. First two miles were slow but I closed the last mile in 6:09. The pain I've been having in my upper shin/lower knee felt much better too. I think I just needed to rest it a few days
