Weather: very very humid for so early...

Comments:
<4 on (2 off) 3 (2) 2 (2)>x4, originally thought the workout was 2 sets, so first two set were a lot closer to 2 mile pace and was pretty wasted by the end. 3 minute break after the first two sets, followed by 2 more a bit slower (closer to 5k, a little slower). Really good workout and feel really good about where i'm starting from
