Keeping it at a Mile for rest of week.

Comments:
Hiking everyday and the incredible fatigue at being at a minimum 8300 feet above sea level has left me with the decision to just do a mile each day. Would actually like to do some trail runs but just don't like the mountain lion and bear threat. Longer runs next week. All good.
