it was a run...
felt okay on the way out to buttermilk. faded a little on the way back. Ran with Chester from the commons. When we got back i had a sudden and very urgent urge to throw up. drank some water, stretched and began to feel more normal. I decided that i could bike back. The bike was hard but I made it.

It is currently 12:30 and I have not eaten a thing yet. My stomach is quite queasy but I feel no urge to barf.
