Comments:
Really felt good tonight, had to stick to the plan and avoid going farther and faster even though I wanted too. Felt something different in a good way at about the .75 mile mark, my legs kind of let loose and range of motion just kicked wide open. Lots of stretching has meant no thigh/groin pain in right leg. Good so far.
