Comments:
Nice Giles run today.Somewhere in the trails someone had the idea to do an Indian run, which was a lot of fun. Although, we definitely confused a good number of college kids with our shenanigans.
Rhythm 200's felt good. Left calf and ankle felt sore afterwords, so I did some rolling and stretching afterward.
