4 x 1000, pretty short recovery (3 min jog). Target of 3:20 (5:20/mile).

Pickups definitely felt long, but recovery also felt pretty generous. Last one came in under 5min mile pace, which I was happy with. According to Daniels, this is workout is supposed to average just under one's optimal 5k pace, which is pretty good news...
