Comments:
5 mile easy then 5 mile negative split then another 5 mile negative split. First run was paced just fine. First Neg. Split was perfect out in 7:10 miles and back in around 6:30 miles. 2nd Neg Split was holy crap out in 7:45 back in 6:45.
