Comments:
Did the dice workout today. Pretty fun I'd say.
reps: 400(73), 800(2:35), 800(2:32), 400(68), 200(32), 800(2:37)
all rest was equal to time of last rep. That 200 really nailed me. Also both shoes came untied during that last 800 which sucked. Everything felt really quick and easy. Stayed relaxed through the last rep.
Running a pretty huge sleep deficit right now. Need to be better about that... whats new
