Comments:
Quarters at the track. Pretty perfect pacing if you ask me.
Our 200 splits weren't super consistent, but there was such a wind difference I think it was okay.
6x400 with a minute rest between.
Reading over the Jack Daniels training charts, maybe we should slow these down and do more of them. Because what we're doing is repetition pace, unless we can run a 4:19 mile right now we shouldn't be hitting 70's at this point in the season. I'll talk to the guys about this and see what they think.
