Monkey extended

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Did a normal monkey with the loop around that one field which makes it 11 and then when we got back into fall creek we went around Beebee then up tower to get back making it close to 12 miles. It's hard to map a monkey to know the exact distance. Today's run was only me Ian and Silas. We were in the zone for pretty much the entire time. The pace was pretty easy except for about 7 miles in it got a little more quick for her next 2 miles. My legs were so sore during the run they felt heavy and it was a little hard to breath for some reason. Maybe it was because of the long bus ride back from the meet yesterday. We got back and did drills and strides. Gonna keep this log relatively short.
